PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Lockbox Processor for the AR Advantage Operations team based in Milton, GA. The role supports remittance processing, maintains productivity and quality levels, and may involve basic machine operation and ten-key tasks.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, in-office with a focus on accurate, timely processing of transactions. Candidates should be comfortable following approved procedures, managing workflow, and adhering to enterprise risk

Qualifications

• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Focus on risk mitigation and maintaining process integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process remittances and reconcile transactions per SOP.
• Ensure materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of transactions and related documents.
• Provide feedback on workflow and work received to improve efficiency.
