You will operate mail extraction equipment, batch and sort transactions, and prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination; able to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently on tasks for all clients.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment to group work into processible batches.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Quality review of outgoing items, including HIPAA clients.
• Perform basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
