Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist II to perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions. The role includes pulling rejected items from multiple processing areas, header batching, and basic processing with specified equipment.

It is an on-site position in Texas. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong reading and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to read and make decisions with sound judgment.
• Team player with ability to work independently and with others on all clients.

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator – pull rejected transactions from processing areas and sort/decide based on client instructions.
• Perform high-speed extraction and scanning tasks with applicable equipment (I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX/Falcon).
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Assist with training when needed.
