Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read and make basic decisions.

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment and batch processing for remittance materials.
• Perform basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under supervision.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions.
• Prepare outgoing packages and conduct quality reviews of work.
• Maintain daily reconciliation and reporting per department standards.
• Assist with minor equipment adjustments and repairs as needed.
