Responsibilities

• Prepare and post payment batches from multiple sources including sellers and debt agencies.
• Handle large, complex data in Excel while maintaining data integrity.
• Reconcile remittance deposits and research discrepancies.
• Identify process gaps and communicate them to Management.
• Authorize payment batches for processing and monitor payment activities.
