3+ years in financial operations and a Bachelor’s in finance or related field are preferred. Strong Excel/Word/Google Forms skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and supporting back-office processes.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on accuracy and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day global financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of back-office transactions such as customer billing or payroll.
• Analyze financial data, operational metrics, and workflows to identify discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial compliance and operational goals.
• Maintain productivity and quality relative to business unit goals.
• Handle internal/external customer and vendor contacts.
• Maintain/distribute reports using Excel or Word and Google Forms.
• Process refunds and payments in Refund Hub.
