City National Bank of West Virginia is seeking an hourly full-time Deposit Operations associate in Cross Lanes, WV. You will process lockbox transactions, pick up mail, enter data, and produce daily reports in a deadline-driven environment.

• Indoor work environment with controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up mail from local Post Office as required.
• Sort and prepare envelopes for capture processing on Opex mail opening equipment.
• Enter transaction amounts and other information not ready by CAR/OCR systems.
• Reconcile transaction outages using Mavro Remittance Processing Software.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Prepare daily USPS shipments to clients.
