Job summary

Nclusion, based in Palo Alto, is seeking a Product Ops Lead - Payments to own the rollout and operation of remittance corridors across markets. You will align with Product on roadmap and with Country GMs on expansion sequencing, ensuring regulatory clearance and partner readiness for scalable, compliant growth.

You bring 8+ years in remittance or fintech ops, strong regulatory knowledge, vendor management, and data-driven decision making to drive successful launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in remittance, cross-border payments or fintech ops.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: AML/CTF, sanctions, correspondent banking.
• Experience launching or scaling remittance corridors/products in startups.
• Vendor/partner relationship management with payment rails, banks, MTOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of remittance products in each market from setup to go-live and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on scoping and roadmap with regulatory reality.
• Support Country GMs in sequencing launches by demand, regulation, and readiness.
• Track KPIs and signals, drive corrective action.
• Build scalable SOPs and compliance checklists across corridors.
• Monitor cross-border and crypto-enabled remittance trends.
