Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to perform duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervision.
• Record process information accurately.
• Basic computer skills to navigate documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate remelt process following procedures and safety rules.
• Perform quality assurance checks and monitor safety compliance.
• Load materials onto conveyor and feed into remelt system in controlled portions.
• Pumps and pours melted lead into pig molds and weighs final metal products.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to ensure continuous production.
