Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance with ability to upgrade to TS
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification or higher required before onboarding
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience or MS/MBA with 6+ years of experience
• Prior leadership in a large-matrixed organization
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to present to senior customer management
• Experience with defense-in-depth, network/HW/SW security architecture and IT device integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT remediation and refresh projects across locations while prioritizing resources to meet deployments
• Interface directly with senior Government officials and NMCI leadership
• Direct field teams and manage 10–15 direct reports including supplier partners
• Oversee risk mitigations, issue resolutions and validation of remediation sequences
• Ensure adherence to SAAR-N/PAA requirements and training for privileged accounts
• Coordinate time charging in Deltek and SLICS and manage subcontract relationships
