Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual to join our Remarketing team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator at our Norfolk office. You will handle vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.

This role requires strong organization, discretion, and reliability, with a schedule Monday–Friday from 7:00am–3:30pm and a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years; total points ≤ 8.
• No drug or alcohol related violation in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in vehicles daily.
• Maintain vehicle control.
• Organize the lot in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain and secure keys.
• Complete repairs and delivery paperwork.
• Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Notify Manager of unsafe equipment or vehicle issues.
• Coordinate drivers and vehicles for delivery, transfer and returns.
• Support reconditioning duties and vendor relationships.

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

This position pays $16.50 / hour and is located at our Remarketing Office at 1189 Lance Rd Norfolk, VA 23502.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Check in vehicles (daily)
• Maintain vehicle control
• Lot organization-in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain and organize key security
• Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and delivery
• Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and outside vehicle
• Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Coordinate drivers and vehicles for delivery, transfer and returns
• Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliabe level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations/speeding tickets in the past 3 years (total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).
• No drug or alcohol related violation on your driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation.
