Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Remarketing Inventory Coordinator for a full-time role at our Chicago facility. The position covers vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall inventory control for the Remarketing department.

The work is outdoors in all weather conditions, requiring strong organizational skills. The 18-acre site operates Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for any position in the last 12 months.
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Organize inventory and manage lot flow for in/outbound vehicles.
• Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions daily.
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Complete paperwork for repairs, pickup and delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate minor repairs with vendors; arrange pickup and delivery.
• Notify management of potential safety concerns about equipment and lot.
• Perform physical requirements related to PDI process.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions 90% of the time.
• Front gate security and related duties.
• Additional admin tasks, light janitorial, driving.

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a for a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This position pays $18 / hour and located at 580 Bessie Coleman Dr, Chicago IL 60666.

The available schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented.

This position is on an 18 acre mega facility located in Chicago, IL. It is also a full PDI facility handling the process for NCS installation and UCS check-in and reconditioning processes. This position works outside in all the weather conditions. In addition to the vehicle check in process the Remarking Inventory Coordinator may be responsible for general maintenance checks and working the security gate.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
• Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions (daily)
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
• Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process
• Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
• Front gate security
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)
