Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This position pays $18 / hour and is located at 12055 S Cicero, Alsip, IL 60803. The available schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented. This position is on an 18 acre mega facility located in Alsip IL. It is also a full PDI facility handling the process for NCS installation and UCS check-in and reconditioning processes. This position works outside in all the weather conditions. In addition to the vehicle check in process the Remarketing Inventory Coordinator may be responsible for general maintenance checks and working the security gate.

Responsibilities

• Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
• Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions (daily)
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
• Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process
• Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
• Front gate security
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)
