Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The role focuses on vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department at the Roanoke office.

This position requires strong organization, attention to detail and discretion. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm; competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets in the past 3 years (total points on driving record cannot exceed 8).
• No drug or alcohol related violation on your driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in vehicles (daily).
• Maintain vehicle control.
• Lot organization in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain and organize key security.
• Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pickup and delivery of vehicles.
• Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pickup and delivery.
• Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and outside vehicle.
• Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Coordinate drivers and vehicles for delivery, transfer and returns.
• Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

This position pays $16.50 / hour and is located at our Remarketing Office at 5536 Airport Rd Roanoke, VA 24012.
