Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs or replacements of worn/damaged parts, including seals, gaskets, and electrical components.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure performance and reliability; use precision instruments to verify accuracy.
• Reassemble fountain beverage equipment; ensure proper alignment, fastening and sealing per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct general bodywork on equipment (sanding, masking, decals).
• Maintain accurate records and complete work orders to support equipment sales.
• Inspect components for wear/defects; run tests and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical components
• Implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment. Use precision instruments to verify accuracy
• Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for assembly procedures
• General bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment sales
• Inspect all components for wear, damage, or defects. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify any issues and document findings
• Maintain a professional work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Lift up 50lbs repetitively
• Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
• Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
• Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
