Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Cleaning II to support our legacy engine components refurbishment. You will load/unload parts, operate cleaning machinery, and perform operator-performed maintenance as part of a safety- and quality-driven team.

Daily tasks include cleaning, detailing, and basic material handling, with potential use of hoists and heavy equipment. Strong adherence to procedures and teamwork are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Basic reading/writing and data entry skills are required.
• Knowledge of engines and components is preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc. is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload parts and operate cleaning machinery.
• Perform operator-performed maintenance as required.
• Clean and detail engine components in a fast-paced setting.
• Use overhead hoists or other equipment to move parts when necessary.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines in all tasks.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions as needed.
• Cross-train in related areas to support production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
