Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Booneville, MS is seeking a Cleaning II to load/unload parts, operate cleaning machinery, and perform operator maintenance. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting cleaning engine components and may use hoists to move large parts throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include material handling, blueprint interpretation, and following torque specs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and ability to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Experience with basic tooling (hand/tools, air tools, pneumatic tools).

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail engine components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Operate cleaning machinery and use overhead hoist to move large components when required.
• Load/unload parts from washers and perform material handling per production schedules.
• Identify parts and determine which program to select based on operation.
• Interpret blueprints and follow torque requirements and processes.
• Utilize various computer systems including email.
• Adhere to built-in safety guidelines and work in a team environment.
