Job summary

Caterpillar in Corinth, MS is hiring for a Cleaning I position on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on disassembling and detailing engine components in a safety- and quality-focused area, using a variety of tools to clean and prep parts.

You will work with overhead hoists, handle materials, and follow strict PPE and safety rules. The successful candidate will have basic computer skills, familiarity with Word/Excel, and knowledge of engines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and ability to read/write standard work documents.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of engines and components is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and detail engine components in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
• Use disassembly and cleaning tools to remove debris and prepare parts.
• May be cross-trained in related positions depending on qualifications.
• Operate overhead hoists and perform material handling as production requires.
• Adhere to Built in Safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
