Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS seeks a Machining I associate for first shift. You will load/unload machines, interpret blueprints, and contribute to safe, efficient production.

The role requires basic computer skills, blueprint literacy, and experience with tooling. Pay starts at $18.35/hour with potential for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and health coverage. Shift is 6am-2pm, 40 hours weekly, with vacation and holidays benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (read standard work documents and enter data).
• Able to read/write and interpret documents.
• Top candidates have hoist experience and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Interpret blueprints and understand torque requirements.
• Operate hand tools, gauges, and basic tooling; may use CNC controls.
• Perform quality checks based on standard work requirements.
