Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Corinth, MS is seeking a Disassembly I to disassemble engines and components in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment.

The role involves using hand and power tools, hoists, and possibly overhead cranes, with cross-training to Cleaning 1, Assembly 1, and Logistics 1. Starting pay is $17.05 per hour, schedule 6am–2pm, 40 hours weekly, with overtime, vacation, PTO, holidays, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and ability to read/write documents.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Cross-train to Cleaning 1, Assembly 1, and Logistics 1 as needed.
• Use hand and power tools; may operate hoists or overhead cranes.
• Perform data entry and basic material handling per production schedules.
