Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking Assembly II personnel to perform diverse assembly tasks in a safety- and quality-driven setting. You will work with standard work instructions, prints, and data entry systems to build components accurately and efficiently.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to cross-train; 2nd shift with a 7% night premium, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and ability to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools).
• 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused team.
• Follow contamination control guidelines and quality checks per standard work.
• Utilize tools and equipment such as hand tools, torque tools, gages, hoists, presses.
• Cross-train in other operations to provide flexibility and meet production schedules.
