Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is hiring for Engine & Component Cleaning I positions in Corinth, MS or Booneville, MS. You will work in a detail/ preclean operation, disassembling and cleaning engine parts in a safety- and quality-driven line.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience; able to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Able to read, write and interpret documents; basic tooling knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Prior use of hoists and basic tooling.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and detail engine components in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.
• Use disassembly tools to clean and detail components as needed.
• Assist in cross-training across multiple Salary Grade 1 positions as required.
• Operate in a team environment with minimal supervision.
