Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Referral Management: Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals, qualify/assign referrals outside the brokerage footprint.
• Agent Assignment: Review, route, and assign leads based on client needs and guidelines; monitor activity.
• Data Entry: Complete necessary entry and improve processes using technology and AI tools.
• Transaction management: Oversee transaction-related steps and documentation.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with Web Lead Directors and stakeholders.
• Monitoring/Follow up: Track communications, manage follow-ups, and keep data updated.
• Issue Resolution: Address concerns and take corrective action as needed.
• Contract Management: Ensure milestone data accuracy and generate docs for pending/sale data.
• Closing Coordination: Share all closing information with parties involved.
• Data Integrity: Validate data across systems and perform audits.
• Reporting: Generate reports to monitor lead activity and performance.
