Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our Douglassville, PA facility to lead maintenance operations and drive reliability across all shifts. You will manage a skilled team of technicians, coordinate with external vendors, and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime while supporting production goals.

The role requires coordinating shutdowns, supervising vendors, and ensuring safety and equipment uptime in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting of VFD drives; SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen-Bradley.
Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities and preventive maintenance across all shifts.
Repair, install and dismantle machinery; work at heights with cranes and lifts.
Lead maintenance teams and external vendors during shutdowns and installations.
Train multi-craft technicians and ensure necessary skills.
Test electrical systems and faults with meters and scopes.
Lead breakdown response and minimize downtime.
Connect to PLCs and VFDs to identify faults and support troubleshooting.
Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
Identify and upgrade electrical components to ensure spare parts availability.
Read wiring diagrams and manage external contractors.
Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.
