Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. You will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and lead a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is provided.

The role requires planning and leading maintenance across all shifts, coordinating with vendors, and upgrading electrical components to ensure spare parts readiness. Pay is $46-$48/hr, plus year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting/setup of VFD drives and PLC-based automation.
• Experience in concrete, foundries, aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial manufacturing (preferred).
• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Repair, install, and dismantle machinery and equipment; work at heights and with mobile equipment.
