Job summary

Techo-Bloc is actively seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance in Douglassville, PA. You’ll be hands-on with heavy industrial systems, performing repairs and preventive maintenance on complex machinery.

The role requires 3+ years in heavy industrial maintenance, welding and rigging skills, and experience with CMMS/MS Office. We offer weekly pay and strong benefits to support your career development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in heavy industrial maintenance; technical degrees/certificates preferred.
• Experience with bearing heaters, gear boxes, and seized bearings/shafts.
• Advanced stick welding and fabrication; basic motor controls and electrical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, belts, bearings, and rollers.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pressure issues.
• Stick weld in various positions across the factory using multiple joint types.
• Lead emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime of production equipment.
• Splice, track, tension, align and replace conveyor components.
• Repair, install and dismantle heavy equipment at heights using hoists and forklifts.
• Enter daily tasks, parts used and time into the work order system.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components such as relays, sensors and motors.
• Reference manuals and schematics to complete work accurately.
