Job summary
Techo-Bloc, a leading manufacturer of premium landscaping and outdoor living products in North America, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This role focuses on driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and building a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.
Compensation includes pay of $46-$48 per hour (based on experience) plus a year-end bonus, with relocation assistance up to $10,000.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven experience leading teams in both electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.
- Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).
- Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
- Train multi-craft maintenance technicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
