Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. You will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and manage a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

The role offers relocation assistance up to $10,000, a competitive hourly pay of $46-$48 with a year-end bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Join a team focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemens, Lenze, and Allen-Bradley.
• Experience in concrete, foundries, aggregates, mining, or other heavy industrial manufacturing operations (preferred).
• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance across all shifts.
• Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans; work at heights and with mobile equipment.
• Lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
• Train multi-craft maintenance technicians to ensure capable staff.
• Test electrical systems and continuity with meters and oscilloscopes.
• Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults and support product troubleshooting.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Identify and upgrade electrical components to ensure spare parts availability.
• Read and understand wiring diagrams to trace circuits and components.
• Oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers onsite.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.
