Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. You will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and lead a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay of $46-$48 plus a year-end bonus, relocation assistance of up to $10,000, and a work schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with potential variation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and setup of VFD drives and plant automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs across all shifts.
• Repair, install, and dismantle machinery and equipment; work at heights and with cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
• Train multi-craft maintenance technicians to ensure necessary skills and knowledge.
• Test electrical systems and continuity using meters and scopes.
• Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs to identify faults and support production troubleshooting.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Identify and upgrade electrical components to ensure spare parts inventory.
