Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. The role drives equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and leads a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available, with a pay rate of $46-$48/hr plus a year-end bonus. Responsibilities include planning daily maintenance, coordinating shutdowns, training staff, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience troubleshooting VFD drives and PLC-based automation.
• Capable of supporting multiple shifts and coordinating with vendors.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities including preventive and corrective work.
• Repair, install and dismantle machinery across shifts, including working at heights.
• Lead plant shutdowns, equipment installations, and external vendors.
• Train maintenance technicians and ensure skill development.
• Test electrical systems and diagnose faults using meters and oscilloscopes.
• Lead breakdown response and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs for production troubleshooting.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and supplier partnerships.
• Read wiring diagrams and manage contractor activities onsite.
