Total Military Management Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Clerk in Jacksonville to support Customer Care Advocates with outbound calls, scheduling updates, and service coordination.

The role involves pre-move and delivery calls, documenting interactions, and assisting with claims and debris removal requests. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone voice and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internal systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound Pack, Load, and Delivery calls for CCAs.
• Conduct pre-call with members within 24 hours of shipment booking and log notes in Utopia.
• Distribute and monitor call workload for team interns; coordinate with local agents for updates.
• Set member delivery expectations and explain transit processes; update tasks after completion.
• Enter debris removal requests, start traces, and note claims during delivery calls.
