TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Mebane, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the day-of-move point of contact, manage move details, and ensure smooth operations at our new 30,000 sq. ft. facility. You’ll use our internal software and GPS tools to guide customers and coordinate moves.

Ideal candidates have a 1-year minimum in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment with a team-focused culture. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or office experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as main point of contact for customers before, during and after the move.
• Input information into internal move software to update customer files.
• Confirm moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other services.
• Educate customers on terminology, policies and procedures to improve satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Prepare move-related paperwork daily.
• Monitor GPS of trucks and scheduling.
• Track and process monthly storage fees.
• Solicit customer feedback and resolve complaints.
• Support management with scheduling and reporting as needed.
• Assist with proposals, letters, and marketing activities.
• Keep display area tidy and stock brochures.
