Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate moving services, pickups, and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers regarding moving dates, pricing, services, and updates.
• Coordinate with drivers, movers, and internal operations teams.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, and service documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with quotes, estimates, invoices, and service-related questions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire moving process.
