Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Move Manager to support workplace relocation activities for a large client account in West Point, PA. You will help plan and execute daily and project moves, ensuring a smooth experience for stakeholders while minimizing disruption.

You will liaise with clients, facilities teams, labs, vendors and move partners, focusing on move execution, occupancy readiness, and post-move support within the MAC function, with on-site responsibilities at West Point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workplace moves, relocations or MAC programs.
• Experience with laboratory, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly employee and departmental move activities.
• Validate occupancy, furniture, infrastructure, and move schedules before execution.
• Assist planning and execution of office, laboratory, and operational relocations.
• Coordinate cleanout and turnover of vacated spaces after moves.
• Support decommissioning and decontamination activities for lab relocations.
• Ensure moves comply with EHS requirements and client procedures.
