Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a strategic Relocation Project Manager/Planner to optimize space across a tech client portfolio. You will manage occupancy plans, lead cross-functional teams, and drive cost-efficient space utilization while coordinating move management and client communications.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and a strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. On-site in San Francisco, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, relocation projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction, office interiors or facility management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, brokers, and design teams to develop occupancy plans and maximize space efficiency.
• Analyze space utilization data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Conduct space planning and utilization assessments to determine space requirements and allocations.
• Develop and maintain space utilization metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate the move management process to minimize disruption to operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams during office build-outs and renovations.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve relocation planning and project management.
