Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Relocation Project Manager to orchestrate workplace transitions in Tampa, managing relocations and furniture reconfigurations for large groups. You will oversee plans, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure quality, timeline, and cost controls.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

3-4 years of facility, project, or construction experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the complete Office suite.
Experience with CAD/CFAM technology and move management systems.
Ability to read architectural drawings and translate into space plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop relocation project plans, schedules, and budgets for up to 1,000 people.
Oversee furniture reconfiguration projects from concept through completion.
Manage vendor relationships by preparing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and overseeing contractors.
Serve as the single point of contact for all move management and furniture activities.
Maintain data across CAFM systems and track furniture inventory with location/condition details.
Provide hands-on on-site presence during relocations and installations.
Collaborate with design teams to translate furniture requirements into actionable plans.
Coordinate schedules with property management, facilities teams and stakeholders.
Track project hours, forecast utilization, and prepare status reports.
