Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior Relocation Project Management Lead to guide a team of relocation project managers and coordinators across multiple client sites. You will oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring compliant delivery and quality, enabling successful moves and occupancy planning.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive process improvements that reduce risk and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in FM: Systems move management module and/or facilities management system.
• Strong Excel and MS Projects skills.
• Proficient in Corrigo and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience managing relocations with large employee counts (e.g., 200+).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee relocation project managers and coordinators across multiple sites.
• Direct personnel, delegate responsibilities, and manage projects of varying complexity.
• Plan, schedule, and implement project scope; track budget and changes.
• Address project risks and issues; ensure adherence to JLL policies.
• Maintain occupancy data input and CAFM system data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting to stakeholders.
