Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Relocation Project Manager to drive complex move and furniture projects on-site across multiple client accounts. You will lead a team of relocation project managers and coordinators, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high-quality service delivery.

Strong leadership, budgeting and vendor management skills are essential. You will manage scope, schedules and risk, collaborate with facilities, construction and client teams, and oversee procurement and reporting to

Qualifications

Requires leadership of relocation project managers and coordinators across multiple accounts.
Proven ability to manage complex relocation projects including budgeting and vendor coordination.
Strong experience with facilities management systems and project reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of relocation PMs and coordinators throughout project lifecycle.
Oversee planning, scheduling and implementation of project scope across accounts.
Review project status, budgets, and reports; manage change orders and risks.
Develop quality plans and ensure adherence to JLL policies and client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, facilities and client stakeholders to meet timelines and cost targets.
Prepare and deliver project-specific reporting and performance metrics.
