Corporate Relocation International LLC in Virginia is seeking a part-time Move Manager to coordinate all aspects of clients' moves, travel to residences, measure layouts, and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for our clients.

The role requires a driver’s license, willingness to work varied hours, strong customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while leading a team of movers and coordinating with partners to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all aspects of the client’s move.
• Timely response to client's initial request.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences and all subsequent appointments related to the client's move.
• Measure, assess and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
• Willing to pack & unpack clients’ possessions safely & efficiently according to our tradecraft.
• Delegate necessary tasks to ensure the efficiency of team members.
• Lead, supervise and guide team members throughout the move.
• Clear and concise communication with the client, family, community, team members, vendors, and other involved parties.
• Upon completion of the job, follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction with the services performed.
