Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an RPM Manager to lead a team of RPM Planners and Move Coordinators in relocations and occupancies for corporate real estate. You will set up project files, templates, and reporting while safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires strong planning, people management, and CAD/CAFM experience, with the ability to coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and executives to optimize space and budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive level clients.
• Highly organized with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relocations up to 1,000+ people at a time.
• Develop relocation project plans, schedules and budgets with cross‑functional teams.
• Input data into CAFM system and maintain occupancy information and reports.
• Prepare project status reports and track invoices for timely payments.
• Coordinate move orientations and communications with clients.
