JLL in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Relocation Project Manager to lead and execute RPM services across multiple sites. This role combines hands-on project management with leadership of a team to deliver high-quality client service.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and governance of project scope, while aligning with JLL policies and regional demands. The position requires managing vendor relationships, RFP support, and robust reporting to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Relocation Project Management RPM services.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects with regional demand.
• Proven track record of ensuring quality in service delivery.
• Knowledge of RPM policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date project time forecasts that reflect staffing across sites.
• Reallocate resources based on regional demand.
• Review and approve staff time sheet entries.
• Review, revise, reconcile, and verify invoices within accounting timelines.
• Develop, manage, review, and approve project reports for client submittal.
• Ensure RPM KPIs are met across projects.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and implementation of project scope.
• Proactively manage project-related issues within RPM team.
• Lead adherence to JLL best practices and policies.
• Support development of RPM accounts and monitor service delivery quality.
• Ensure operations manual/playbook is updated on account.
• Review status and reports to ensure deliverables are met.
• Assist in preparing RFPs for vendors/contractors regionally.
• Incorporate best practices into projects and align with client/JLL policies.
• Input data into CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.
• Develop and deliver project-specific reporting.
• Ensure compliance with time/expenses, ethics, and business practices.
• Oversee work orders and small project tasks like furniture reconfigurations.
