Job summary

JLL in Raleigh, NC is seeking a highly motivated Relocation Project Manager to oversee relocation and expense projects for our client portfolio in the Research Triangle Park. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure successful relocation programs up to 1,000 people and $100K expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of relocation best practices, including space planning, furniture procurement, and IT infrastructure setup.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand relocation needs, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and execute relocation project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Plan and manage relocations up to 1,000 people and expense projects up to 100K.
• Perform data input into Corrigo and Asana to maintain project information.
• Coordinate and manage all stages of the relocation process from planning to post-move evaluation.
