Job summary

JLL is seeking an RPM Manager to lead a team of RPM Planners and Move Coordinators in San Francisco. You will oversee relocations for large groups, design project plans, and coordinate with facility, project and vendor managers to keep work on schedule and within budget.

You will manage CAFM/Move management data, generate client-facing reports, and drive revenue by expanding existing relationships and developing new ones.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
• Experience using CAD/CAFM tools with move management modules and/or facilities management systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and successfully manage relocations up to 1,000+ people at a time.
• Manage the majority of a project by self and/or supervise additional staff.
• Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule, and budget with cross-functional teams.
• Input data into CAFM to maintain occupancy information and track hours.
• Prepare status reports, review invoices, and maintain project files for due diligence.
