Job summary

Hilldrup is seeking a Project Manager in Capitol Heights, MD to own complex relocation and logistics projects from planning through delivery. You will define scope, develop schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets to meet client expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external partners, communicate progress, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year degree in business preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in Project Management or related experience
• Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams and external vendors or stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, changes, and risks to clients and management.
• Anticipate and resolve project obstacles or scope changes to maintain project success.
• Monitor project performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements for future projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members and provide guidance or coaching as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for all project phases.
