Hilldrup is seeking a Project Manager in Capitol Heights, MD to own complex relocation and logistics projects from planning through delivery. You will define scope, develop schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Two to four-year degree in business preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in Project Management or related experience

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at Hilldrup, you will take ownership of complex relocation and logistics projects, guiding them from initial planning through final delivery. You will define project scope, develop schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure every project meets client expectations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, keeping communication clear and timely, and proactively solving challenges as they arise.

You will lead and motivate your project team, delegating tasks to the right people and providing coaching and support to help them succeed. You'll monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track while maintaining quality standards. Your ability to anticipate obstacles and implement creative solutions will be key to achieving successful outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project milestones and addressing any concerns with professionalism and responsiveness. By understanding client needs and aligning your team's efforts accordingly, you will ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships built on trust and results.

Throughout every project, you will evaluate performance, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
