Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Two-year/four-year college degree in business administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing.
• Driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead warehouse operations and manage a team on warehouse projects.
• Oversee inventory using WMS to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with operations teams and clients by phone or email.
• Ensure order processing, shipping, and documentation meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain safety, packing standards, and quality control.
• Supervise fleet, equipment, and warehouse organization.
