Hilldru is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for Capitol Heights, MD to oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and a team for commercial projects. You will ensure timely order processing, shipping, and documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office is required, with strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Two-year/four-year college degree in business administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse operations and manage a team on warehouse projects.
• Oversee inventory, WMS usage, and cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate order processing, shipping, and documentation.
• Maintain safety standards and apply quality controls.
• Coordinate with operations teams and clients via phone/email.
