Job summary

Hilldrup is seeking a Workplace Solutions Coordinator in Capitol Heights, MD to oversee the move process and act as the primary contact for customers, agents, and internal teams. You will coordinate ETAs, registrations, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong client relationships.

The candidate will support cross-functional staff, prepare reports, and may perform occasional site visits. After-hours support and logistics coordination are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify best-fit candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including colleges and networks.
