Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. seeks a skilled supervisor to direct and train production supervisors on yields, attendance, safety, and quality metrics.

You will be accountable for performance, worker morale, and compliance with CCP verification while supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in supervision (Tyson experience preferred), basic HACCP understanding, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role; Tyson experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations; HACCP knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team leadership and problem-solving abilities are important.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train supervisors in production, yields, time and attendance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and worker morale; address disciplinary issues.
• Maintain production documentation, CCP verification, and schedules.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance and morale.
