Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a relief teller to service members at multiple Oahu branches, performing teller and member services in alignment with credit union policies. You will handle transactions, account maintenance, cross-sales, balancing, and transaction recording while delivering quality service and a positive member experience.

You must be able to quickly adapt to relocating between branches as required, maintain a good standing credit history, and have a valid driver's

• High School Diploma is required.

• Must be able to work at any Oahu branches as assigned.

Job description

Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required
• One (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position
• Knowledge of the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle
• Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches in the region as assigned

Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
